Manifesto
I do not create to decorate a space.
I create because some things inside us need to
take form.
My works are born out of necessity,
not create a decorative object.
They come from suffering,
from anger,
and from deep desire to respond to the
harshness of life.
They exist so that those who encounter them
may recognize something of themselves
and feel understood.
To bring hope to those who suffer
or who have suffered,
and to remind them that they are not alone.
For those who choose to live with them,
they can become a reminder of resilience:
that even from darkness, light can emerge.
And that after crossing the harshest storms,
we may discovered a strength
we did not even know we possessed.
For anyone who need an embrace.
A gentle touch on the heart.
A simple reminder:
nothing is lost as long as
we keep fighting.
From the deepest darkness,
light can rise.
Sometimes it is enough to know
that someone else has crossed
the same storm.
