Stop war

“Stop war” is a cry of pain launched in the midst of a time torn apart by conflict. The work reflects on the absurdity of war, the suffering of innocent victims and collective impotence in the face of brutality. The title itself is torn out, as if to suggest that death-blind and voracious- continues to shatter every attemp to halt the destruction. The absence of peace becomes a physical presence on the canvas: matter, wound, silent scream.
